Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Roads Infrastructure Manager to lead our roads and highways team in Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of our Victorian roads and highways projects, developing and delivering iconic Australian infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing complex project teams, driving technical excellence, and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our roads and highways business, focusing on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on Australia's transportation landscape, working closely with government agencies and contracting clients to deliver world-class infrastructure projects.

  • Provide strategic leadership across our Victorian Roads & Highways team.
  • Drive technical excellence and ensure expected client outcomes for road and highway projects.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams on large and complex projects through the delivery phase.
  • Build on client relationships to continue our strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop and mentor less experienced team members.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised leader in the highways industry with experience working on Victorian roads and highways.
  • Established relationships with relevant governmental agencies and contracting clients.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive success across teams, projects, and client groups.
  • A university degree in Civil Engineering and either holding or aspiring to obtain RPEV certification.
