- Negotiate agreements with subconsultants and suppliers, and set project parameters.
- Deliver high-quality design outputs, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Represent the team in internal meetings and contribute to team development.
- Degree in Civil or Highways Engineering and relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, design codes, and OH&S procedures.
- Membership or progress toward membership of a professional institution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical teams.
- A proactive, resilient mindset and passion for delivering high-quality work under pressure.
