About the Role- You will carry out maintenance and construction work as directed by supervisors and coordinators.
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to complete allocated tasks.
- Experience in providing roads and drainage maintenance services to local communities.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to work autonomously and self-manage quality, quantity, and timeliness of own workload and tasks.
- Capacity to identify, discuss, and resolve problems independently or in consultation with other officers.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer-focused outcomes.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
