Job Title: Highway Maintenance Specialist

We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our maintenance team as a Highway Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess graffiti sites across designated areas, utilising expertise to ensure effective removal.
  • Employ various methods to remove graffiti, including pressure washers, chemical solutions, and paint, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain equipment in optimal condition, ensuring safe handling of materials and minimising downtime.
  • Record and report graffiti incidents using mobile devices or logbooks, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times, prioritising personal safety and the well-being of colleagues.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, adapting to changing environments with ease.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour, with a focus on maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
  • A current driver's licence (essential), enabling flexible and efficient transportation.
  • Experience with pressure washing or painting (preferred but not essential), showcasing versatility and a willingness to learn.
