Job Description

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a seamless and welcoming experience.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing meeting room bookings, coordinating events, and supporting workplace operations. You will work closely with the Director, Workplace Experience, to ensure that all aspects of workplace services are met with professionalism and efficiency.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination
  • Respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination
  • Conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers
  • Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
