Operational Workplace Manager

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained physical office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage facilities and building operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Support the logistics team with inventory management, delivery coordination, and receipting of supplies.
- Oversee procurement processes, including budget planning and vendor selection.
- Handle mail and parcel management, as well as stock control for company merchandise.
- Provide first-level support for JIRA help desk requests related to workplace operations.
- Proven experience in facilities management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve operational issues.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
