What you will do
  • Workplace Administration: maintain workplace organization and layout; manage office and kitchen supplies including asset inventory; manage and record incoming/outgoing mails; provide general administrative functions to support the smooth running of the office; serve as the main point of contact for workplace-related issues; organize lunches, catering and internal events; support onboarding and offboarding processes; monitor and manage the office operational budget for cost-effective supplies and utilities.
  • Facility Management: manage meeting room bookings, setup and support; ensure workplace cleanliness and maintenance; manage security and access control; build relationships with building management and vendors.
  • Work Health and Safety: ensure workplace compliance with safety standards; establish health protocols as needed and promote wellness initiatives.
  • Social Responsibility: support sustainability initiatives and CG Gives activities including research and charitable events.
  • Event Management: assist in securing venues, catering and decorations; assist in booking team bonding activities; assist in event planning and execution; identify process improvements.
What you will bring
  • Proven experience in office management, facilities management, or related workplace operations roles for at least 4 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work quickly.
  • Adaptability and collaborative mindset; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with people from different cultures.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols within the workplace; ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets.
