About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, delivering on account strategies, identifying and building relationships with key decision makers, and working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that drive great customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and customer adoption
  • Deliver on account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers to drive business growth
  • Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling solutions
  • Analyze sales and metrics data to inform account strategies and drive business growth
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Build, develop, and execute on account and territory strategies
  • Work with AWS partners to manage joint selling opportunities
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases for adoption of cloud services
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of account management and/or business development experience in the IT industry
  • Experience in enterprise technology and business solutions sales
  • Sales experience with a focus on quota-carrying roles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling cloud and/or SaaS solutions into government
  • Experience working with consulting partners and system integrators
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
