About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Adelphi Digital. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adelphi Digital's services and offerings to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of initiative and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and related services.
