About the Role

As a highly experienced Maintenance Operations Director, you will lead and oversee our Service Delivery Managers to achieve maintenance targets in line with safety, quality, and operational standards at our Mindyarra Maintenance Facility in Dubbo NSW. This is a permanent full-time role that requires a results-driven leader who can balance multiple priorities, achieve key project goals, and enhance customer satisfaction.

About You
  • You bring a strong background in maintenance management within rail, transport, or a similar industry and have a natural leadership style that is inclusive, approachable, and results-focused.
  • You have over 10 years of relevant management and supervisory experience, including managing teams to meet set delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support Service Delivery Managers to achieve maintenance targets in line with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Oversee maintenance operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and project-specific requirements.
  • Maintain focus on timely, cost-effective solutions to meet project objectives, including reliability, availability, budget, and customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
