Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Managing online inquiries
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Coordinating with hospitals and nursing staff
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Processing invoices and receipts for consultations
- Communicating with hospital staff
- Preparing theatre bookings
- Preparing quotations for patient surgical procedures
- Monitoring outstanding accounts
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Banking and financial management
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a specialist practice
- Able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Skilled at multitasking and implementing efficient office systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Proficiency in medical software, preferably Genie
