About the Role

Based at our Sydney Support Office and reporting to the IT & New Store Support Manager, this hands-on role will be the first point of contact for all things IT support. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless tech experience for our team and assisting with exciting IT projects and rollouts across the business.

Day to Day You Will Be

  • Providing Level 1 & 2 hardware and software support (Windows & MacOS)
  • Delivering fast, friendly helpdesk service with a solutions-first mindset
  • Setting up and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Managing mobile phone repairs, replacements, and configurations
  • Troubleshooting IT issues across office and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams)
  • Keeping our IT asset register and documentation up to date
  • Collaborating with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Supporting and helping deliver IT upgrades, rollouts, and projects

What You'll Bring 4+ years of hands-on helpdesk/desktop support experience

Solid Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory knowledge

Familiarity with networking basics (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)

Exposure to cloud platforms (Office 365, Azure, AWS – a plus)

Relevant certifications (ITIL, MCP, MCSA, JIRA experience welcomed)

A proactive attitude that aligns with our "Make It Happen" culture

Bonus points for experience in retail or fast-paced customer support settings
