Compensation Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Claims Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Workers Compensation team with a 6-month project. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and ensuring adherence to timeframes and compliance with legislation and company policy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.
Requirements:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service professionals who possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, a result-driven approach, and a customer-focused service mindset. You should be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders, have attention to detail, and be able to handle a high volume of claims.
