Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise expertise in Workers Compensation and contribute to the development of skills within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and SIRA guidelines.
  • Provide effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' experience in the NSW workers compensation scheme or self-insurance.
  • Experience with rehabilitation and injury management within NSW.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and SIRA guidelines.
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety and its connection to Workers Compensation.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prominent level of organisation, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
