We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Specialist to join our team in a workers compensation role.

About the Role:
  • Provide timely legal advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes for their workers compensation claims.
  • Critically evaluate medical and factual evidence to support our clients' cases.
  • Maintain open dialogue with employers and insurers, ensuring accessibility and transparency throughout the claims process.
  • Resolve matters efficiently and effectively, prioritizing timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and significant court decisions, applying this knowledge to optimize our clients' results.
About You:
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in workers compensation law, preferably working for insurers or similar organizations.
  • A current practicing certificate and strong understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, employers, insurers, and peers.
  • Strong analytical skills, backed by exceptional attention to detail and legislative knowledge.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously, with a desire for continuous professional development.
  • Demonstrate a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated approach to your work.
