Job Title: Senior Pipeline Engineer

About the Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in the design and implementation of pipeline projects
  • Perform pipe stress analysis and ensure compliance with relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards, and codes
  • Develop and support FEED and Design studies including detailed design calculations
  • Develop and support the development of scoping documents such as routing studies, construction methodology, design criteria, and alignment sheets
  • Participate and support in risk assessment & SMS workshops
  • Prepare and support cost estimates, equipment summaries, and tender packages
  • Write technical reports as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the design of oil & gas pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of AS2885 and other relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards, and codes related to the pipeline industry
  • CPEng certification
  • Ability to perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to manage your time and work independently
