Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the design and analysis of oil and gas pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in the Engineering and Design processes for oil and gas pipelines
  • Perform pipe stress analysis
  • Develop and support Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) studies
  • Participate in Risk assessments and Safety Management Systems (SMS) workshops
  • Prepare and support cost estimates, equipment summaries, and tender packages

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the design of Oil & Gas pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards AS2885 and other relevant acts, regulations, standards, and codes related to the pipeline industry
  • Certified Professional Engineer (CPEng)
  • Ability to perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
