A key role exists for an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional engineering services across the oil and gas industry. This challenging position involves providing technical support in the Engineering and Design processes for pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Performing pipe stress analysis">
  • Developing and supporting FEED and Design studies, including detailed design calculations">
  • Developing and supporting the development of scoping documents such as routing studies, construction methodology, design criteria and alignment sheets">
  • Participating and supporting in Risk assessment & SMS workshops">
  • Preparing and supporting cost estimates, equipment summaries and tender packages">
  • Writing technical reports as required">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the design of Oil & Gas pipelines">
  • In-depth knowledge of AS2885 and other relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards and codes related to the pipeline industry">
  • CPEng">
  • Ability to perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision">
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering">
  • Ability to manage your time and work independently">
