About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Beacon Lighting as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist based at our Melrose Park Commercial Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquires, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and organizing customer deliveries and administration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a proven track record in sales or a related field, preferably within the Lighting/Electrical industry. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide impeccable customer service and work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales enquires and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, including pricing, availability, and features.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
