We are a leading supplier of building materials for construction sites, road and civil construction, local government, and more.

Our company is currently seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our customers, ensuring their purchases meet their needs.

Salary Package

A highly competitive salary of $70,000 per annum, plus superannuation and profit share scheme, will be offered to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries by phone in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer transactions and interactions.
  • Provide product information to customers and sales representatives.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, high call volume, and upsells/cross-sells, preferably in a construction-related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software.
