Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations and financial management of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations and financial management of the store.
  2. Ensure the store is presentable and inclusive of customer service.
  3. Adequate stock levels.
  4. Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices.
  5. Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store.
  6. Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation.
  7. Provide exceptional Customer Service.
  8. Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
  9. Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures.
Requirements

We are looking for a high energy, hands-on individual who is passionate about making a difference. Previous experience in retail sales is highly regarded, but not essential. What is essential is your proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.
