Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, passionate and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support in their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage high-volume customer inquiries by phone in a friendly and helpful manner.
    • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer transactions and interactions.
    • Provide product information to customers and sales representatives.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
    • Participate in customer service training.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
