We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve success.

The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to manage a department as if it were their own business, with flexibility to tailor the store's service and product offering to meet the specific needs of customers in the local area.

This role requires a strong leader who can:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement and motivation;
  • Liaise effectively with management, staff, and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure accurate rostering and staff deployment to meet customer demands;
  • Manage stock and inventory to minimize losses and optimize sales;
  • Demonstrate expertise in front-end and POS operations;
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff members;
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to health and safety standards;

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
