Our Family Preservation program helps families with children under 18 strengthen their relationships, ensuring a safe and loving home environment.
To achieve this, we're seeking an experienced Family Preservation Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide regular in-home support services to engage and empower families.
- Conduct initial assessments to identify family strengths and needs, developing case plans that foster resilience and positive relationships.
- Partner with other services to provide evidence-informed support, helping families navigate life's challenges.
As a dedicated Family Preservation Case Manager, you'll work collaboratively with families to build strong, supportive networks and ensure every child has the best possible start in life.
Requirements:- A relevant degree qualification and experience in assessing child protection risk.
- Current driver's license and ability to engage with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- High level of motivation, professional accountability, integrity, and a commitment to promoting lasting change.
