To achieve this, we're seeking an experienced Family Preservation Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular in-home support services to engage and empower families.
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify family strengths and needs, developing case plans that foster resilience and positive relationships.
  • Partner with other services to provide evidence-informed support, helping families navigate life's challenges.

As a dedicated Family Preservation Case Manager, you'll work collaboratively with families to build strong, supportive networks and ensure every child has the best possible start in life.

Requirements:
  • A relevant degree qualification and experience in assessing child protection risk.
  • Current driver's license and ability to engage with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
  • High level of motivation, professional accountability, integrity, and a commitment to promoting lasting change.
