Job Title: Family Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled supervisor to support our team in facilitating contact between children and their parents. This role requires excellent writing and observation skills, as well as experience working with families in crisis.

  • Supervise interactions between children and their parents
  • Write objective supervision reports for each visit
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Working With Children Check
  • Criminal History Check
  • Strong writing and observational skills
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict and remain professional
  • Availability for weekend work
  • A valid ABN
  • Driver's licence

While qualifications in child care, counselling, or psychology are preferred, we also welcome candidates with relevant experience in contact supervision.
