About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work with families in crisis, supporting them to overcome relationship breakdowns and maintain positive family dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and address the root causes of relationship conflicts, developing effective strategies for prevention and intervention.
  • To collaborate with families to establish realistic goals and objectives, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
  • To provide emotional support and guidance, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with families in crisis, preferably in a support or counseling capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
