
Employment Law Specialist

This role involves working with our team in Melbourne. You'll be responsible for:
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures;
- Advising on industrial relations and enterprise bargaining negotiations;
- Providing strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management and grievances;
- Interpreting legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and associated regulations;
- Running and supporting litigation matters involving unfair dismissal and contractual disputes;
- Mentoring junior lawyers and graduates within the team.
We are seeking a lawyer with:
- 4–6 years' post-admission experience in employment law practice;
- A strong understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks;
- Excellent drafting and communication skills;
- The ability to work closely with clients and team members;
- A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
