We are seeking a skilled Document Delivery Agent to join our team in Laverton North. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting documents throughout Melbourne, utilizing your knowledge of local roads and suburbs to ensure efficient delivery.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and delivering documents to clients across Melbourne
  • Utilizing local knowledge to optimize delivery routes
  • Operating a PDA and other relevant technology daily
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with high-quality service
  • Collaborating with warehouse staff to assist with picking and order preparation


Requirements




  • In-depth knowledge of Melbourne's roads and suburbs
  • Ability to operate a PDA and other relevant technology
  • Strong attention to detail for delivering high-quality service
  • Warehouse experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing 16kg or more repetitively
  • Forklift and Order Picker License (LF/LO) preferred but not mandatory
