About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing document control processes, ensuring that all documents submitted are compliant with project requirements, and managing workflows to issue and receive documents as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining accurate document management systems.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with document formats and submission requirements.
  • Issuing and receiving documents in accordance with project procedures.
  • Tracking and recording document flow, including issues and location of control documents and drawings.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
  • Solid understanding of document control principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management systems and software, such as Aconex or TeamBinder, would be beneficial.
