The Role

As an Investment Documentations Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling physical documentation transfer requests to facilitate internal/external legal reviews, segmented customer document transfers, and discharge/release matters.

This includes managing documentation and ensuring core systems are accurately maintained.

You may also arrange preparation and management of security documentation and related settlements via external vendors, including PEXA activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate to meet team goals, proactively manage conflicting priorities, and ensure timely deadlines are met while independently managing your own workflow
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of output from allocated and self-allocated tasks
  • Embrace business changes introduced to the Team
  • Ensure self-compliance with prescribed accreditation, policies, and procedures of ANZ
  • Deliver on service benchmarks and customer expectations
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and support is provided, contributing to the business' profitability
  • Prioritize allocated and self-allocated work in liaison with Manager to ensure prompt delivery to customers and stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships and networks with stakeholders and peers driving customer-centric outcomes and values
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail, knowledge, and understanding of risk management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong internal and external customer focus, with a proven ability to provide quality customer service
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Units supported
  • Previous banking experience in a similar environment, particularly in back-office processing, target times, and loan documentation
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system
