Job Details

Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year + superannuation (subject to experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sydney, NSW

Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Builder2 Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating between construction consultants, estimating costs and time scales, checking quantities of materials, and designing architectural plans.

Your primary goal will be to assist the Operation Manager and Director in undertaking site inspections, attending client and consultant meetings, expediting progress on projects as required. You will also be responsible for liaising and coordinating with nominated sub-contractors, suppliers, and trade personnel.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They must hold a valid NSW White Card and have a clean driving record, with their own transportation.

Requirements
  • At least an associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Australian or International Driving Licence (valid)
  • Clean driving record and own transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid NSW White Card

Please note that this is a permanent full-time position, and while exact hours may vary, they will be worked between 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
