Job Description


This role involves coordinating the day-to-day activities of on-site construction staff, including subcontractors, and their various disciplines. Key responsibilities include:



  • Implementing company safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment;
  • Organizing daily and weekly activity sequences to ensure efficient resource allocation;
  • Collaborating with the Site Manager to identify potential delays, safety issues, or industrial unrest and taking corrective action as needed;
  • Coordinating materials, equipment, personnel, and plant to meet project requirements;
  • Reviewing the construction program with the Site Manager to optimize timelines and achieve project goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:



  • A degree or diploma in building/construction or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously using initiative and sound judgment;
  • Proven professionalism, maturity, and candour in their daily work ethic.
