We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our account management efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a proven track record of retention and growth within software or SaaS environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, renewing, and fostering growth within assigned accounts, developing customized account plans and strategies to optimize retention and stimulate growth, identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 4-6 years of experience in account management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent strategic thinking and execution abilities.
