Key Player in Accounts Payable

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt payment.
- Provide support to the Accounts department using knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
- Review and process supplier payments efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve customer and supplier inquiries promptly.
- Perform daily cash and cheque deposits securely.
- Conduct general administration tasks, including answering calls, scanning/filing, and ordering office supplies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in an AP/AR role is required.
- Previous experience with accounting packages like Pentana/DMS/ERA net would be beneficial.
- Strong administration and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Proficiency in computer systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office applications is required.
- The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and possess attention to detail.
