We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Key Account Growth Specialist to drive our business expansion in the high voltage sector.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop tailored account plans in collaboration with senior management.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Promote our services and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities.
- Identify new business leads and opportunities through research and market analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tender preparation and submission.
- Negotiate tenders and follow up on proposals to secure new business.
- Support project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the electrical industry.
- Electrical trade qualification or tertiary engineering qualification.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
- Knowledge of high voltage switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and packaged solutions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Operational management experience is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
- Effective communication at all levels.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
