Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Key Account Growth Specialist to spearhead our client engagement efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Drive business growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategic plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and delivering exceptional results.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for roles and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements include proven experience in account management or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment goals and client expectations is essential.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required to prioritize multiple client needs and manage competing deadlines.
