Lease Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience in lease administration, particularly within commercial and shopping centre/retail environments.

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing landlord communications, maintaining accurate records of lease agreements and related charges, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and supporting overall lease management processes to optimize property management and financial performance.

  • Daily management and distribution of incoming property-related mail
  • Monitoring, calculation, and payment of Base Rental Reviews in accordance with lease terms
  • Calculation of Percentage Rentals payments and accompanying audits
  • Scrutiny and payment of rates, taxes, insurance, and extended trading hours charges
  • Distribution of Insurance Certificates
  • General administrative tasks relating to Lease Management
  • Collaboration with landlords and internal departments to resolve lease-related issues
