Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Employer Support Consultant Fleet?
As an Employer Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Relationship Management function. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with smaller clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and managing various financial and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with smaller clients to provide a personalised experience and expand service offerings.
- Ensure completion of client reporting, data reviews, and updates in line with contractual requirements.
- Generate and coordinate accurate finance quotes, liaise with financiers, and manage vehicle settlements within SLAs.
- Monitor and action lease payments, end-of-lease processes, and respond to customer inquiries within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with line managers, clients, and suppliers to continuously improve products and services, and comply with company values and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance or automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
