The opportunity

Reporting directly to the Commercial Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial sales team to ensure the smooth running of business processes. Based in our Noble Park support centre, your role will be supporting the VIC Commercial team, providing various administrative duties to assist our New Homes/Volume Builder portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of calls and emails
  • Coordinate quotes, pricing, and client queries for commercial accounts.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage deliveries, stock availability, and supplier coordination.
  • Support the Commercial Sales Team with pricing, quotations, and customer enquiries.
  • Oversee order tracking, invoicing, and aftersales service, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and reports in Netsuite and other systems.
  • Assist with continuous process improvements and compliance with E&S policies.

Who are you?

A driven, keen learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong administration and/or sales experience preferably in the commercial industry (this is not a deal breaker) with an appetite to immerse yourself into the variety of administrative work this role offers.

You have a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic who enjoys being customer focused. You are recognised as a detail-orientated and enthusiastic administrative professional, with excellent communication and time management skills. Strong IT skills is a must for this role.
