Victoria Commercial Property Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Victoria as a key member of our leasing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to negotiate and secure new and replacement stores across Victoria
- Develop property strategies for the existing network, driving growth through acquisition and management
- Help deliver new stores, acquisitions, lease renewals, and store extensions, contributing to business outcomes
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords to secure favorable outcomes for all parties
- Prepare reports for approval, presentations, and meeting materials, providing critical insights
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of commercial property leasing experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of lease contracts, including financial and legal aspects
- End-to-end leasing experience, preferably with retailer-side exposure
- Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
