Commercial Lease Administrator

This role involves overseeing the lease administration function across all subsidiaries. In this capacity, you will ensure that lease documentation accurately reflects agreed commercial terms and conforms to standard landlord templates where applicable.
You will manage Agreement to Lease and Lease review, negotiation and documentation process. Prepare lease summaries and arrange director execution of documentation. Maintain the property database (Lease Eagle) and oversee monthly rent payments.
- Manage all Lease Administration related communications
- Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports via Lease Eagle
- Mark-up ITL/Heads of Agreement documents and request amendments as necessary
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of five years' experience in lease administration and retail property teams. You should also possess relevant tertiary qualifications in law or contract administration.
- Experience using Lease Eagle or other lease management tools
- Strong understanding of retail property legislation and retail lease documentation
The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to influence others in a positive way.
