About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Specialist to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our M&A and Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth by optimizing pricing strategies and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, delivering sales and profit in line with budget commitments.
  • Driving profitable growth through data-driven analysis and informed pricing decisions.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintaining a transaction universe, developing financial models, and supporting M&A transactions.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations and maintaining a detailed corporate model.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Business, Applied Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
  • Expertise in financial modelling using Excel.
  • Over 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment or in investment banking, advisory, management consulting, or a Big Four accounting firm.
  • Experience in financial/commercial analysis, data analytics, and M&A deals.
  • Strong written communication skills and demonstrated experience in collaborative processes.
