Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for corporate governance and compliance?

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist.

As a key member of our company secretariat, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate governance team, including:

  • Managing directors' and shareholders' meetings, including AGMs;
  • Preparing relevant documents, such as agendas, minutes, and statutory forms;
  • Managing relationships with partners, lawyers, clients, and external service providers;
  • Maintaining company registers;
  • Director induction;
  • Compliance with ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading law firm and contribute to the success of our corporate governance team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in law, commerce, or accounting;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of the Corporations Act and company operational requirements;
