We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Specialist to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our M&A and Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth by optimizing pricing strategies and improving operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and M&A transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining a transaction universe, developing financial models, and supporting M&A transactions. Additionally, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree in Business, Applied Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, and expertise in financial modeling using Excel. The successful candidate will have over 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment or in investment banking, advisory, management consulting, or a Big Four accounting firm.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a transaction universe and developing financial models
  • Supporting M&A transactions and ensuring smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations
  • Improving pricing strategies and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
