Job Title: Technical Proposal Specialist
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to produce accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals for our clients.
The successful candidate will review client RFQs, tenders, and specifications to understand technical and commercial requirements. They will collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to develop tailored proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing client RFQs, tenders, and specifications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals
- Preparing cost estimates, technical documentation, and compliance matrices
- Developing and maintaining proposal templates, pricing models, and standard content
- Ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–5 years Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
- Electrical Engineering skills
- Sales and Procurement experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering principles
