My People Solutions is currently seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to join our team based in Melbourne. This role will play a pivotal part in the company's next stage of growth, focusing on building and solidifying long-term relationships with new and existing account customers and stakeholders.

Company Overview

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal, communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience as a senior business development manager in a B2B role. They will be driven to succeed by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

About the Role

This strategic growth manager position comes with a competitive salary package including an estimated $150,000 OTE plus benefits, consisting of a car allowance, laptop, mobile phone and quarterly sales targets & commission payments. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing account customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and retain/grow account balances.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative and creative approaches.
  • Possess qualifications in marketing, business or commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • Maintain a current full driving license and undergo national police checks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

3+ years of experience as a senior business development manager in a B2B role.A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs.Confident and articulate communication skills, with the ability to close sales.
