Expert Infrastructure Solutions Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a key role in our newly formed team. As an established IT Services Provider, we have 40 years of experience delivering solutions across various states in Australia.

The successful candidate will come from a strong infrastructure background with expertise in end-to-end projects. This role involves collaborating closely with the Pre Sales team to design and build solutions for implementation by the project team.

  • The primary responsibilities include working with the Lead Solutions Consultant and Pre Sales Team, leading the design and build of solutions based on scope of work, ensuring effective handover of solutions to the project team, and designing and building solutions including infrastructure migrations (virtual & Azure).">
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for upgrades and refreshes around networking, storage, backups, and servers, as well as providing high-quality documentation for handover.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Previous experience in MSP / Consulting / Client-facing roles.">
  • Strong technical expertise with end-to-end projects.">
  • Experience in the design and build phase of solutions.">
  • Technical background in infrastructure & Wintel technologies.">
  • Experience working with Azure Infrastructure is highly regarded, while technical proficiency with M365 stack is a nice to have.">
  • Excellent communication skills.">
