
Strategic Infrastructure Sales Leader

This is a highly skilled sales leadership role responsible for cultivating existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the pursuit of large infrastructure outsourcing deals. The successful candidate will work closely with advisory teams, technical solution development groups, and client interfaces to own the large deal process and solutions for all CIS (Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security) led pursuits.
About the Role:- Fostering strong relationships with existing clients and opening up new accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Hunting large infrastructure outsourcing deals in targeted new markets and existing customer base.
- Leading the large deal by engaging with customers, advisors, vertical teams, partners, and CIS delivery teams.
- Developing and executing technical solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Creating value and differentiated solutions for clients in response to Infrastructure RFIs/RFPs and proactive pursuits.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to clients on Cloud and Infrastructure services solutions.
- Delivering high-quality client presentations, due diligence, and transition activities in new infrastructure engagements.
- Translating business and system requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert providing direction and guidance to technical teams working on various solution elements of a pursuit.
- Assembling and managing cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical proposals.
- Assisting in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
- A minimum of 15-18 years' experience in Infrastructure Management, Operations, or Technology Consulting.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Cloud and Infrastructure sales professional in areas such as Datacentre Technologies, Voice and Data Networks, End user technologies, ITSM tools, and Public cloud.
- Prior experience leading large deals and working with sourcing advisors like ISG, KPMG, etc.
- Broad expertise in core Infrastructure technology areas including Systems management, Operations, Database Management, Network Management, Datacentre, and converged systems.
- Demonstrated experience in technical solution development for complex outsourcing Infrastructure engagements.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with VP Infrastructure, CTO, and CIO level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of at least one core Infrastructure domain and industry technological trends.
- Understanding of the IT Service's landscape at various levels.
- Ability to manage delivery and sales in an IT business environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
