Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to innovate and expand into new markets and channels.
    • Research, define, and develop sales execution plans to unlock new markets.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
    • Recruit, onboard, and continuously train the sales team to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals.
    • Engage in business-wide growth and strategic decisions as a valuable member of the leadership team.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key customers.
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategies with business objectives and enhance customer experience.
    • Develop bespoke solutions for key customers, balancing operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead and optimize lead generation to sales process through CRM, ensuring process discipline, accurate data, and rigor for all team.
  • Market Analysis, Reporting & Operations:
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform and adjust sales strategies.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Manage day-to-day sales activities, ensuring the team meets weekly and monthly performance goals.
    • Optimize sales operations through the development and implementation of efficient processes.
    • Lead by example in best practice CRM management.
    Key Performance Indicators
    • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Successfully expand the customer base and enhance retention rates.
    • Achieve strategic growth objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
    • At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
    • Strong field sales experience is advantageous.
    • Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and effectively closing deals.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Experience with forecast management and new product development sales execution plans.
    • Experience with CRM systems.
