- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategies with business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Develop bespoke solutions for key customers, balancing operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and optimize lead generation to sales process through CRM, ensuring process discipline, accurate data, and rigor for all team.
- Market Analysis, Reporting & Operations:
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform and adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, ensuring the team meets weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Optimize sales operations through the development and implementation of efficient processes.
- Lead by example in best practice CRM management.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Successfully expand the customer base and enhance retention rates.
- Achieve strategic growth objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong field sales experience is advantageous.
- Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and effectively closing deals.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with forecast management and new product development sales execution plans.
- Experience with CRM systems.
