Job Title: Rostering Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide rostering support to a range of disability services across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Located in our head office in the Melbourne CBD, you will form part of a wider team ensuring our services and customers receive the necessary staffing support.

You will work on a rotating roster between 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday with potential to pick up after-hours shifts/weekend shifts and first-line on-call support.

  • Maintain clear communication with participants and staff.
  • Monitor and adapt to client needs and staff availability, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Foster strong relationships with workers and clients to enhance engagement, utilization, and staff retention.
  • Identify and address shift vacancies, coordinate re-directions, and communicate changes effectively.
  • Handle phone calls with a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience with Salesforce and Kronos rostering systems is highly regarded but not essential.
